Copy your school's course catalog

After you copy your district course catalog and have updated it for the build year, you can copy your school’s current course catalog to use for scheduling next year.

To copy your school’s current course catalog:

  1. Log on to the School view.
  2. Click the Schedule tab.
  3. Click the Courses side-tab.
  4. Note: The default filter is the current school year's catalog. Click the Filter menu to select Build Year.

  1. On the Options menu, click Copy Course Catalog. The Copy Course Catalog pop-up appears.
  2. Select the year you want to copy the course catalog from.
  3. Select the year you want to copy the course catalog to. This should be the build year.
  4. Select the Replace all existing checkbox if this is the initial copy of the catalog. Once you've started working with the catalog, you should not select this checkbox.
  5. Note: If you select the Replace all existing checkbox, any course requests that have been entered will be deleted.

  1. Select if you want to copy all courses, only courses you select, or a snapshotClosed of courses you previously created.
  2. Click OK. From the Filter menu at the top of the page, select Build Year. The courses for the build year appear.
