Grant Build view access to the appropriate users

It is likely that more than one user will help input scheduling information. You need to give these users access to the Build view by associating them with the Schedule Builder user roleClosed.

To associate users with the Schedule Builder user role:

  1. Log on to the District view.
  2. Click the Admin tab.
  3. Click the Roles side-tab.
  4. Select the checkbox next to the Schedule Builder role, and click Users on the Roles side-tab.
  5. On the Options menu, click Add. The User Pick List appears.
  6. Select the checkbox next to each user who needs privileges to build schedules in the schools they have access to.
  7. Click OK. The system assigns those users to the Schedule Builder role.
