Print IEP Progress Reports

Print IEPClosed Progress Reports for a group of students in the Special Education view.

To print IEP Progress Reports:

  1. Log on to the Special Education view.
  2. Click the IEP tab.
  3. Select the IEPs you want to print IEP progress reports for; the report includes any IEPs currently appearing on the list page.
  4. On the Reports menu, click IEP Progress Report. The IEP Progress Report pop-up appears.
  5. Type or click the calendar to select the start and end dates.
  6. If you want to limit the results to reports entered by only one staff member, click Search icon. at the Staff field. Otherwise, leave the field blank.
  7. If your district posts progress reports, the Include non-posted reports checkbox appears. If you want to print progress reports that are not posted, select this checkbox. Non-posted reports include those with saved information and those with no information entered.
  8. Select the format of the report.
  9. Click Run. The system displays the report in the format you selected.
