Review users who view IEPs

Users with the special education manager security role are able to use the IEPClosed Individualized Education Program Access Log to view a list of users by date and time and the students for whom they viewed IEPs.

Use the Filter icon. to view IEPs viewed today, this week, this month, or all records. When you in the Special Education view, Admin tab, IEP Access Log side-tab, the Filter icon. displays.

To view the IEP Access Log:

  1. Log on to the Special Education view.
  2. Click the Admin tab.
  3. Click the IEP Access Log side-tab. For each record, the page displays the following:
    • Date
    • Time
    • Login user
    • IEP status
  1. To view complete information for a record, click the date.
