View special education information for students

The system displays information for students enrolled in the special education program on the student’s Detail page.

Depending on your user role used to grant or restrict access to a group of users (such as teachers or nurses) to different areas and functions in Aspen privileges, from the Student tab, you can enter, edit, or view other information for students enrolled in the special education program.

To access a student's detail information:

1. Do one of the following:
• Log on to the Special Education view.
• Log on to the School view.
• Log on to the Staff view.

2. Click the Student tab.
3. Select the checkbox for a student.
4. Click the Details side-tab.
5. View or enter information in the special education-specific fields.
