Design the layout of a form

When you create or edit a form, you can create or edit its layout using the templateClosed design tool.

To design the layout of a form:

  1. Log on to the District view.
  2. Click the Admin tab.
  3. Click the Forms side-tab. A list of forms appears.
  4. Select the form, and click Design on the Forms side-tab. The design of the form appears.
  5. Use the template design tool to edit, delete, move items, or add to the form.
  6. Click Save Changes.
