Manage the Job Queue

Use the Job QueueClosed to view any reports, imports, exports and proceduresClosed running in the system. For each job, you can see the name of the person running it and his or her login ID, the job name and ID, the run time and the status.

To access the Job Queue:

  1. Log on to the District view.
  2. Select Admin > System Status.
  3. Click Job Queue.

To stop one or more jobsClosed:

  1. Select the job(s) you want to terminate.
  1. Select Options> Kill Jobs.
  2. Note: After you kill a job, it might continue to run and consume queue capacity. In such cases, you must either wait for the job to finish normally, or purge the entire queue.

To purge all running and pending jobs:

  • Select Options> Purge Queue.
